Claremont Heritage

This home was over 100 years old and was becoming a little soft due the age of the property. The property had rising damp problems from structural cracking, once the cracking had been taken care of the decision was made to completely seal the exterior walls to try and preserve the structure for as long as possible. The end result was an immaculately resorted and colourful heritage property in Claremont with tall modern apartment all around.
