The property needed a lot of TLC with regards to the prep work that had to be carried out. The sash windows were in a poor condition with some water damage to the timber. Once repairs were made they were sealed and painted correctly. The timber decking had to be restored and sealed and the house received a full paint including cleaning out of gutters and getting fascia boards looking good. The end result was very satisfying leaving the house as good as new.
